Awesome!

I had a great time bowling tonight -- Lou and I got there around 9pm and hung out, BSing with people until about quarter to 10 when Dan & his gf Kim showed up. Pretty soon after that, Joel and Scott arrived. Then the bowling began. It was just Lou, Dan, Kim and myself bowling (Scott and Joel came along to BS). We bowled a few games until Adam & Andrea showed up. They sat around BSing with everyone as well. Then Becky made it after her long, crappy day. She only stuck around for about 15 minutes because she was dog tired -- but it was still awesome seeing her. And that's all the more people who showed up -- but it was a blast! I feel bad because I missed Cait's call due to being in that damn steel shed with no reception, otherwise she woulda made it. :-(

I really felt like I was back home tonight. The bowling alley is one place we've always gone when I'm home, even before I moved away. It's funny -- I bet 1/3 of the people in the alley were people I went to high school with (most of them were in Lou's grade, but I saw a few from my own as well). And we all would sing to the music we grew up with. Heh, it's kinda funny hearing an entire bowling alley sing Jack & Diane or Fishin in the Dark. :-D I'm glad I had tonight to hang out with friends; I need nights like tonight.
