I Think I Figured It Out!

So I've been having troubles sleeping lately, and last night was no different than just about any other night this month. I go to bed at a reasonable hour (though I must admit, I did nod off later than usual last night) and I wake up feeling tired; like I didn't get any good sleep. Yech!

Every once in a while, I wake up and things are different with the apt. The alarm clock is set to a different time, or is not set at all. The radio is turned on even though I didn't turn it on before going to bed. Things like that. I usually just chalk it up to lawn gnomes screwing with my head. But this morning, when I woke up with the alarm clock turned off and the cell phone (which is usually plugged in to be recharged, and sits under my bed) was jammed underneath me in the bed, I realized that I must be sleepwalking some nights. Nothing too dramatic, but enough to fiddle with things and not remember a lick of it. Yech!

Anyone else sleepwalk?

I must be tired because I find the summary text cutoff point to be damn amusing! "I usually just chalk it up to lawn gnomes screwing..." HA!

wow... sleep walking.. i sleep like a rock. People say that you ALWAYS move when you sleep, but i have recorded instances of where my arms and hands were even in the same position when I wake up. strange

What's weird is that I used to sleep like a rock as well. I dunno what's changed in the last six months or so. And it's certainly not every day. I'd say once or twice a week I feel like I haven't really slept too much. And it's never really bad. Just annoying, ya know?
