As some of you may already know, I am heading home for the holidays. I leave this afternoon (don't get in until about 8pm, which means back in Sartell around 10pm), and come back to TX on Jan 2nd. Jon's taking care of Pixel until Christmas, and then Nada and Stipe, my friendly neighborhood Yugoslovian pet sitters will watch her till I get back in Jan.
My sister (Meggan) flies in at the same time, but different flight, and will be around until about New Year's. It'll be fun seeing her again, it's been almost a year since I saw her last.
I only have a few definitive plans for while I am home, and looking to solidify more. I know that on the 19th I am going to be at the family xmas party. This is the first time I'll have been home early enough to make the party since I moved to TX. I'm really stoked about it! My dad's whole side of the family gets together (it's at Jan's house this year I think) to spend the day together. We all sit around and BS, it's quite a party. You have to keep in mind, there's a dozen (or so) kids on dad's side of the family, so we usually have close to 100 people show up for this.
The only other plans I have is New Year's Eve being spent with Adam, Andrea and the gang over at the Shirey's new house. w00t!
Aside from that and the family gathering, I have some other issues to take care of while back in the state, but otherwise I'm pretty wide open and free. I am trying to plan some evenings out in advance... When works best for people to do a bowling night? Pick three nights and let me know so I can try to plan for one of them. Steve, this means you too. ;-) Also, Jake, you gonna be in MN at all, or heading back to IA once you're off work?
Hopefully I get to see everyone when I'm home this time around. I sure miss you all! Anyone want to make solid plans to hang out?
Have a safe trip! I'll be in the cities until probably wednesday night or thursday morning.. then be right back on sunday... so maybe then we can come up with something!
That'd rock! You should try to come up for bowling night. Adam'll be there, so you can meet him too. Kill two birds with one stone. ;-)
I'm pretty much open after 10pm during the week (at the latest) but don't forget that you will have to call and reserve a lane because it is winter and it's a little busier aight?...peace out and I'll see you when you get home.
Hey cuz, Unfortunately I have to work both jobs all weekend and will be unable to attend the x-mas party at Jans AGAIN this year! We should try to hook up during the week. I have almost the whole freakin week open just not the weekend. Love ya!!
