I Made It Back!

So I'm back in Austin today, and back at work. Wooooo doggie (as they say).

My flight was changed at the last minute so that I didn't fly a jet into Dallas from Minneapolis. Instead, I flew a commuter plane (you know, the tiny ones, a step away from dual-prop planes) from MSP into St Louis. Well, that plane skipped down the runway on landing. Literally. Bounced. A few times. BLEH!

The second flight from STL into Austin was in an almost constant state of turbulance -- basically a damn bumpy ride all the way back to TX. At least this one didn't bounce though!

I hung out with Lis for a little while last night. Her new haircut is hot! :-D I got home to my empty apartment and fell asleep... Pretty exciting, eh?

I got into the office this morning, and Cortis gave me his electric lamp dealie bobber thing! It's awesome, I love this thing! I'll have to get pictures of it sometime to show you what the hell I'm talking about. :-P Speaking of pictures -- I'll have the few vacation pictures I took up sometime soon. Just gotta get em off the camera and onto my laptop.

Yeah.. when I flew into St. Louis, the pilot said that there was a competition that day to see who wouldn't hop on the landing.. how NOT funny is that?

Glad you got home safe

Did you get an Ambient Orb?

It's one that runs electricity thru it so when you touch it, the arc moves to your fingers. Damn spiffy!

sweet...I just got home back to st.cloud today...it's a long story...I'll let you about it though perhaps tonight after work.
