Peachy Times

So I got home from work last night and watched Labyrinth with Elissa. Go David Bowie! I was a bit surprised with the content of that movie. They said damn a few times, as well as some obvious sexual overtones. It's amazing what you pick up when you're older. :-P

After Lis left, I popped onto my laptop and started checking my email. Lo and behold, I got a donation for the Windows Functionality Suite -- wahoo, 50$! Now I don't feel so bad about buying a new digital camera (just got it on Wed) for 200$.

So then I sat down and started writing another tutorial, this time on how to print from REALbasic. I got it finished a little before midnight and posted the announcement to our lists. When I woke up this morning, over 100 people had checked it out (it's around 150 right now) and I had about 20 thank you letters waiting for me in my inbox. It's always nice to get those -- makes me glad I took the time to write the article.

I wandered into work after picking up some Rudy's for breakfast (three breakfast tacos -- I won't need to eat again for a few days) and got starting making constants functional in the new IDE since that's a pretty major piece of functionality. It's only 11am right now, but I'd say by the end of the day I'll have support for constant instances done (and probably will have made them searchable as well). So I'm feeling super productive today!

I haven't been sleeping well lately. I think I get a few hours of sleep a night, tops. So I'm hoping to go to bed early tonight and sleep as much as humanly possible. I feel exhausted. Which sucks cuz I'm in a good mood, so it kinda puts a damper on things.
