I wrote a little tutorial about how to properly use MenuItems in REALbasic. You should check it out: MenuItem Tutorial. I've been writing it for a while now, but today I took a little while to polish it off and "web-a-lize" it. Let me know what you think!
I got all my stuff from the movers this morning. Everything seems intact, but then again, nothing's unpacked yet. At some point this week I'll get the home office set up. It took them about 2 hrs to get everything moved into the garage, and no one overflowed a toilet this time! :-)
After the movers came, I headed into St Cloud to handle my insurance. That only took a little while to get straightened out, and now I have builder's insurance.
Then I headed out to Cold Spring to sign papers for my construction loan. I'm now the proud owner of a chunk of dirt in St Augusta. :-) The deed was signed over from Lumber One, and the bank cut them a check for the lot. It was quite fast-paced and stressful, but everything seems to have turned out ok.
After the bank, I went into Avon and checked out siding and doors and stuff with dad. We'll see how that goes. :-P
Stressed. Bleh.
Hi Aaron,
MenuItem Tutorial-page is not present: 404-error.
Good luck in your new home.
Warm greetings,

Yeah, the link is fixed now. Sorry about that! I was missing the http:// in front. :-P But I also noticed that I had a typo in the article's title, so that's fixed as well.
