The house is coming along nicely. The exterior walls are most of the way up. They'll be getting a roof on the house within the next few working days. Hopefully the weather holds out for it (it rained 2" yesterday and is sunny and breezy today).

Lou, dad and I got the interior of the basement waterproofed last week, so I'm glad that's taken care of. I have a break from doing work on the house until the interior walls are up. We're doing the insulating in the basement (just the rigid stuff, not messing with fiberglass battings) as well as the sheetrocking for the entire house. Yeesh! That's gonna suck. :-P
Sometime next week I have to go pick out plumbing fixtures like the tub, surround, toilet and other fun things like that. I figure since I'll be out that way, I'll stop in at the HVAC place and check out the furnace and AC units they have there as well. Should be fun. :-)
