Busy Weekend!

Man, the weekend just flew by! I spent almost the entire thing out at the house.

I got up, putzed around here until about noon on Saturday. Then I headed out to the house with Lou to work on getting half-high walls done. Around 4:30 or so, dad came out to join in the fun. It was about 7:30 when I got home! And the scary thing is -- we only got two walls done. Needless to say, I slept well last night. ;-)

So I got up bright and early this morning and was out to the house by 10am with dad. We came back home about 1pm to have lunch with mom (and it was good -- chicken & asparagus), and then back out to the house at 2. We got home fairly close to 5pm and only managed to get two more walls done (with a start on a third wall). We had to come home early today because we ran 0ut of nails. LoL

So it's been a long weekend of work, but a short weekend of anything else. I'm a little on the tired side and am looking forward to a chance to sit down for an evening. I figure I'll be back out at the house tomorrow and probably Tue to get the rest of the walls done. Yeesh!
