This is the main reason I moved home. :-)
I got together with my friend Sarah M last night. She drove up from the Cities to go to a grad party, and since she was in town we had to get together. We ended up going out to Howie's in St Cloud and drank for a while. It was a ton of fun catching up with her.
Then my grandma and my cousin Jeannie drove up today from Mankato to visit. They got here about 11am. About an hour later my sister and her friend Michelle got up from the Cities (Meg flew in last night from LA). We sat around, had lunch and BSed. Then we all trucked out to the house to browse around (I'll get the new pictures posted tonight) and check things out.
Grandma, Jeannie and Michelle all just left to head back home.
Tomorrow I'm going with my family down for my cousin's grad party. Jake's dad (my uncle) is my godfather, and we're all very close together. So I'm really excited to see everyone in the family!
It's weekends like this that I moved back for. Time spent with family and chance encounters with friends.

Wow! That really is looking like a house. I can't believe how quickly you've managed to pull that off. What's the little 'mini' door to the right of the big garage door?
It's a three-car garage, so there's a big 16' door (for two cars) and the little 8' door for the third car.
