My 8:45pm flight was bumped back until almost 11pm because my flight crew was still in another city. Oops. Needless to say, I didn't get into Austin and over to Elissa's until about 3am. I'm a wee bit sleepy today because of it.
However, I was able to get some work done while at the airport, so I made some more plugin examples for the SDK. Some of it was testing out new functionality, and others of it was just exploring how old things work.
My first two impressions of being back in TX: it's wonderful to see Lis again (she looks awesome!) and damn, it's hot! It's "only"90 out, and I am melting. LoL, I guess I've reacclimated to the MN climate. :-P
So I'm spending a sleepy day here at work, and when I get back to Lis' tonight, I plan to relax and go to bed early. Sounds boring to most of you, but it sounds utterly blissful to me.
"Reacclimated"? I don't think so...I don't you ever climated to Texas in the first place. But that's ok, I'm still super glad you're here!! Yah, I will be eating dinner with you soon, how fun.
I'll second that. I've never had any major problems with flights, except Northwest (I won't even go into my experience...but it sucked). I've made a point to never fly with them again. Glad it worked out at least in the end.
Well, I've never had a major problem with Northwest but their partner KLM is another story. Northwest even had a signed certificate for our 1 yr old the first time she flew... signed by the staff of the airplane withsome nice text.
When I was young one of their pilots gave me those cool pilot wings too so I guess I am Pro Northwest. I have not found cheaper flights between Switzerland and the west coast US either.
PS, what is this Big Sale advertised on the graphic under your blog? There are only 2 specials like usual on the site :)
