Awesome news for the week

Well, it's about damned time, right? I finally sold my Dodge -- that only took a few months to do. A nice kid named Kelly called me up the other night and asked a bunch of questions about the truck. After answering them, he asked if he could take it for a test drive, so we met at the local gas station and he took it for a spin. The next morning he paid me 2700$ in cash for it (which is less than I wanted, but it's still cash and it's more than I had before). I'm really happy to have only one truck now, but I am a bit sad that my test vehicle is gone for my OBD II application. I have things working on my Ford, but I wasn't quite there yet on the Dodge. And Lis drives a Ford as well. :-P

Speaking of Lis, she heard back from Washington State University in Pullman, WA and they've accepted her to their entomology grad program. We're both really excited about it! This is the second program she's been accepted into (the first being Riverside, CA). Later this month she's going to visit the U of M campus in St Paul because they invited her to come down and meet with faculty. I bet you can guess which school I *really* want her to go to. ;-)

Work on the basement has pretty much ground to a halt while we're getting settled into the house. Lis still has a ton of boxes everywhere which we are slowly beginning to put away. But hopefully we'll pick up the pace pretty soon and get going on the basement again.

I hope everyone else is having a good week as well! What's everyone up to now that the holiday season is over?

Maybe you could convince your neighbors to let you try out stuff on their cars.

Congrats to Lis, even though I don't quite care for entomology. Bugs and what not. *shudders*

Send me over what you have and I will test it on a Hummer, Porsche and GM.

On a related note, we ought to see cables any time now.

Hi Aaron

(Off topic)
Does your mail work? Did you get my messages?

I hope that you and Lis had a great holiday!

Arne

@Arne -- yes, I received your email, but have been rather busy. I plan to reply on Monday when I have a bit of free time.
