How time flies, right?
Packing is coming along very nicely. I've started packing my essentials up already, which means the office has been packed, my gaming stuff is all put away and I'm going to start working on clothes and that stuff this weekend. Basically, the house is starting to look depressing.
The going away party is today, and it starts at 4pm. I hope the weather holds out for it because I'd like to do stuff outside (I've got some yard games). However, there's a 60% chance of rain, and 20-30 mph wind gusts. So who knows. At least one of the yard games can be played indoors (the beanbag toss one). ;-)
After today, life is going to be a big blur. We're going to spend Sunday and Monday finishing up with the packing fun. And once we're done packing, we can start cleaning. Then, on Tue morning, we're going to pick up the U Haul trailer and start loading it down. Wed morning we leave!
It's entirely surreal to me at this point. It never really sunk in until yesterday when I started packing "my" stuff. Then it hit hard.. I really am moving across the country again! Eek! Needless to say, I had to sit down and calm my nerves, so I played some WoW. And now I'm level 70. And I have my flying mount. So when I need a break from reality over the next few days, I plan to go back to some lower-level areas and gank. I love payback.
We plan to be in California by this time next week. We're going to shoot for getting into Riverside on Friday afternoon, but if we land on Saturday morning, then we're still fine. But don't expect to hear too much from me unless I get excited about blogging while in a hotel. :-P
Well, no yard games for me regardless (crutches suck!) I'll be there a bit late--6:00 or 6:30 ish, but I'll be bringing Dan with me. So we'll see you then!

@Becky -- awesome that you're coming and so is Dan. Le suck to the crutches though! I've been reading about that ordeal on your blog, and that blows. :-(
@Bill -- if there's room, it'll be coming with me to CA. If not, I may just have to go get myself a new one.
